| Committee Summary: | This is AUSTEP's first evaluation of a Habittude contract, the entry trees to AVJennings Montpellier Gardens. The initial planting consisted of 17 specimens and another 19 were added along the avenue in autumn 2005. Constant attention has produced an excellent avenue of trees, average growth on these specimens is 2 metres since planting. |

| Management Inputs: | Trees under a two year maintenance regime, watering applied at 60 / 70 litres x 40 per year. Minor pruning and mulching undertaken. Staking was applied in initial planting period, 4 stakes. |
