Recently there have been some 400L Acer x freemanii 'Jeffersred' Autumn Blaze planted that would be worth evaluating in the future. |

| Committee Summary: | Although these trees were performing well in this mall, a considerable pruning requirement has to be met on a bi-annual basis if they are to be kept under control. A range of other dwarf standard trees were discussed as low maintenance alternatives. |
| Container Size: | Unknown, suspected to be >50cm. |
| Planting Date: | 1998 - 2000. |
| Management Inputs: | Pruning on a regular basis has been carried out. |
| Maintenance Requirements: | A significant commitment to pruning has to be made to these trees. It was estimated that a minimum pruning cycle of six months was required. |
