Lophostemon confertus
Evaluation 3
| Evaluation Date: | 3 May, 2012. |
| Evaluators: | Claudia Green. |
| Committee Summary: | A very successful planting with trees showing good health and vigour. These trees appear to be considerably healthier than the same species on Bowral Loop, Craigieburn which were planted in 2004. It is possible that these trees experienced more favourable rainfall conditions early in establishment compared to those in Bowral Loop which has affected the long term vigour. |
| Management Inputs: | None apparent. |
| Maintenance Requirements: | None at this stage. |

| Management Inputs: | Removal of lower limbs. |

Evaluation 1
| Evaluation Date: | 14 Feb, 2006. |
| Evaluators: | Ian Rogers, David Grant and Ian Brown. |
| Committee Summary: | Like some other streets, these trees suffered significant damage from housing activity. In addition a number of specimens were deliberately damaged or poisoned by the residents due to their aversion to the native species. However generally this is a good planting, and following some remedial work and replacement the specimens are coming on. |
| Management Inputs: | Watered twice weekly for initial two years and mulched. |
| Maintenance Requirements: | Some formative pruning and uplifting. |
